Fragile Queen
At match start, the affected side’s original queen can move or capture only up to 2 squares in a straight line or diagonal. It cannot attack or give check farther away. The limit lasts for the whole match; promoted queens are unaffected.

- Treat the queen as a short-range finisher.
- Coordinate bishops and rooks for the long work.
